  1. Property & Inventory Optimization
  • PMS Mastery (Apaleo): Develop an in-depth working knowledge of our Property Management System (PMS), Apaleo. You will be responsible for the accurate setup of new properties, including room types, unit mapping, and all essential data required for a successful launch.
  • Rate & Availability Assurance: Ensure all contracted rates, room types, and inventory levels are accurately mapped, fully optimized, and functioning seamlessly across all connected systems.

  • Cross-Functional Impact: Collaborate closely with our Product and Tech teams to share insights, report issues, and ensure new feature integrations maintain distribution accuracy and quality.

ABOUT YOU:

  • A keen interest in technology, distribution, and the fast-paced world of hospitality tech.

  • Strong organizational skills and an eagle eye for detail—accuracy is paramount in this role.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Basic understanding of how major OTAs (Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia) operate is a major plus.
