ABOUT NUMA

Hey there! We’re Numa, a forward-thinking hospitality brand redefining how people discover cities. We create spaces where simplicity meets innovation, offering thoughtfully designed rooms, studios, and apartments in the heart of Europe’s most vibrant neighbourhoods.
We’re not just transforming the guest experience—we’re revolutionizing the hospitality industry from the inside out. Our cutting-edge technology streamlines operations, delivering unparalleled value with no hidden fees—just real, quality experiences.
At Numa, we believe that travel should be curious and authentic, and we bring those same values to our work culture. As part of our team, you’ll experience a dynamic and supportive environment where creativity thrives, and your contributions make a real impact. We’re committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace where every voice is valued, and different perspectives fuel our innovation.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Photo Production Manager, you will be the central owner of property photography at Numa, responsible for ensuring our visual content sets the benchmark for quality, consistency, and brand storytelling across all properties. You’ll manage the full lifecycle of photography projects — from concept to delivery — and play a key role in shaping how guests first connect with our spaces online. Part-time work can be an option.

In this role, you will:
● Own the planning and coordination of property photoshoots, delivering outstanding imagery that brings the Numa brand to life.
● Work closely with photographers, stylists, and retouchers to ensure smooth execution, on-time delivery, and consistent output across all cities.
● Manage all aspects of shoots, including budgets, schedules, logistics, and prop inventory.
● Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Operations, Revenue and Distribution teams to align on project requirements and priorities.
● Build and grow a strong network of external creatives (photographers, stylists, retouchers, agencies), handling outreach, onboarding, and contract negotiations.
● Oversee the photo selection process, creation of retouch briefs, and delivery of final assets that meet brand and quality guidelines.
● Maintain and continuously evolve photography, styling, and retouching guidelines to ensure scalability and brand alignment.
● Lead process improvements in photo production workflows, driving efficiency and consistency as we scale.
● Support ad-hoc creative projects, from brand campaigns to special content shoots

ABOUT YOU

● 3+ years of experience as a producer in a production company, agency, or in-house creative team, ideally with property, interior, or hospitality photography.
● Strong understanding of photography, styling, and visual communication — with a trained eye for detail and composition.
● Proven experience managing multiple shoots across locations, with strong organisational and project management skills.
● Willingness and enthusiasm to travel frequently across European cities to oversee property shoots.
● Comfortable negotiating and managing legal agreements, budgets, and vendor contracts.
● Hands-on, resourceful, and able to strike the right balance between creativity and operational efficiency.
● Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
● Strong communicator and collaborator, able to work with both creatives and operational teams.
