ABOUT THE ROLE
- Be the hero behind the scenes, ensuring our Numa buildings run clockwise
- Manage the Numa Berlin, Hamburg, Bremen Maintenance Team
- Manage the facility management documentation and organization of the hotels
- Well-organized and structured to manage multiple buildings with individual needs
- Respond to guest and colleague requests, tackling technical issues efficiently and professionally
- Conduct regular maintenance checks of building systems, catching problems before they arise
- Oversee external contractors and ensure repairs meet our high standards
- Ensure maintenance programs are executed timely and in budget
- Train maintenance team and ensure high-quality execution
ABOUT YOU
- You possess a talent for repairing things and a dedication to maintaining the smooth operation of buildings
- You possess technical skills and a strong understanding of building systems
- You thrive in an independent work environment and can prioritize tasks effectively
- You have experience in managing mutliple stake holders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you'll collaborate with guests, colleagues, and contractors
- You remain calm under pressure and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset
- A "can-do" attitude, creativity, and a willingness to go the extra mile are key!
- Knowlede of local laws and regulations is a plus!
- Proficiency in basic English is required
