ABOUT THE ROLE

For this role, you will be responsible to improve our business performance in our properties across Europe. You will have the ability to make a real impact on business performance whilst shaping your career and gaining experience in a fast-evolving industry:
  • Be responsible for the top-line performance of a cluster of properties located in different markets by building a long term revenue strategy
  • Set yearly revenue goals for those properties
  • Manage the new launch process in regards to demand strategy
  • Define and lead projects aligned with the company’s OKRs (data analysis, market research, scalability)
  • Analyse booking patterns to make pricing decisions & Run A/B tests on different pricing strategies
  • Work closely with our BI and data team to understand local markets and improve insights on our business
  • Collaborate with distribution, marketing, and sales team to align on KPIs & goals
  • Collaborate with growth and expansion team to align on long term strategic direction , providing insights on market potential and revenue optimization opportunities

ABOUT YOU

  • Education/background: Undergraduate diploma with an analytical background, such as Business / Data analytics, Hospitality, Business Administration or a similar field
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in revenue management, business development or consulting (in tourism/hospitality industry)
  • Skills: Proven analytical and logical capabilities (ability to break down complex results into understandable insights), good verbal and written communication (ability to bring a point across different audiences is a must), experience managing multiple tasks and finding out alternative solutions to unexpected problems.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is required (C1 level).
  • Willingness and ability to be hands-on when needed and work in team towards a common goal.
  • Capacity to see the bigger picture in commercial decisions for the respective markets, aligning decisions and actions with the overall company goals.
  • Ability to execute tasks efficiently at short notice, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast pacing environment.
