ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager with expertise in IT infrastructure and networking projects, building automation technologies, electrical installations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects related to ICT systems, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage all aspects of network- & key systems projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to timelines and financial targets.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and testing of electrical-, network- and key systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Monitor project progress and performance, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and technical specifications.
- Supervise project teams, including contractors and subcontractors, and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all project sites.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Network technologies or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the network infrastructure- or construction industry.
- Strong technical expertise in network design, technical infrastructure, and electrical installations.
- Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations governing fire life safety and network-, electrical system compliance is a large plus
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Prior team management experience is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required, and conversational level proficiency in German (B2) is desirable.
