ABOUT THE ROLE:
As our Operations Manager for Florence, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience. You'll lead and scale our operations to ensure every guest has an exceptional stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Landlord Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, addressing their needs and ensuring alignment with our standards.
- Vendor Management: Oversee third-party service providers, negotiate contracts, and monitor service quality.
- Property Maintenance: Implement a proactive maintenance program to keep our properties in top condition.
- Brand Experience: Contribute to enhancing the numa brand and ensuring consistent guest experiences.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, optimize costs, and track key performance indicators.
- Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local laws and regulations.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team.
- Daily Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and housekeeping.
ABOUT YOU
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Local Market Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the Milan and Venice markets.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Italian.
- Hospitality Experience: A background in hospitality, ideally in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with landlords, vendors, and team members.
- Adaptability: Thrives in a dynamic environment and can quickly adapt to change.
