ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an ICT Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing numa’s ICT configuration and software maintenance of digital access control systems in our hotel properties and for our guests.

  • Configuration of hardware prior dispatching to ensure smooth on site installations.
  • Ordering hardware to various locations, coordinating with the team and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of installation activities, including project details, materials used, and any issues encountered.
  • Monitor and maintain installed systems by proactively identifying issues and keeping firmware updated.
  • Adhere to project schedules and timelines, ensuring the fulfilment of time plans and meeting company standards for project closure.
  • Demonstrate a high level of personal responsibility, taking ownership of assigned tasks and projects.
  • Execute tasks on short notice independently and with high quality and precision.
  • Show interest in network technology and stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements.
  • Collaborate with team members and provide support as needed.

ABOUT YOU

  • Prior experience maintaining and configuring network hardware is a plus.
  • Fluent English language skills are a must.
  • German and French fluency are a big plus.
  • Ideally, you're based in Berlin, but we’re open to candidates from countries where Numa has an entity.
  • Strong interest in network technology.
  • High level of personal responsibility and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and execute tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet project deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
