What you'll do:
Key Responsibilities :
Shipment Tracking & Coordination
Monitor and track daily international and local shipments across Europe and the US.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery updates to relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules with logistics partners and warehouses.
Customs & Documentation
Handle and resolve customs-related issues for import/export shipments.
Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and documentation requirements.Liaise with customs brokers and freight forwarders when required.
Vendor Management
Coordinate daily with logistics service providers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, and others.
Build and maintain strong relationships with courier partners to ensure service quality.
Track service provider performance and flag delays or service issues.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with Europe and US office teams to manage incoming supplier shipments.
Align with internal teams (Operations, Customer Support, etc.) for shipping needs and exceptions handling.

Assist in preparing reports and data related to shipments and logistics performance.
What you'll need:
1–2 years of experience in logistics or operations, preferably in an international shipping environment.
Working knowledge of courier platforms (FedEx, DHL, UPS) and international shipping procedures.
Strong problem-solving skills, especially for customs clearance and shipping delays.
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (written & spoken).
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and shipment tracking tools.
Preferred
Familiarity with customs clearance processes in the EU and US.
