What you'll do:

Key Responsibilities :

Shipment Tracking & Coordination

  • Monitor and track daily international and local shipments across Europe and the US.

  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery updates to relevant stakeholders.

  • Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules with logistics partners and warehouses.

Customs & Documentation

  • Handle and resolve customs-related issues for import/export shipments.
    Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and documentation requirements.

  • Liaise with customs brokers and freight forwarders when required.

Vendor Management

  • Coordinate daily with logistics service providers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, and others.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with courier partners to ensure service quality.

  • Track service provider performance and flag delays or service issues.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with Europe and US office teams to manage incoming supplier shipments.

  • Align with internal teams (Operations, Customer Support, etc.) for shipping needs and exceptions handling.

  • Assist in preparing reports and data related to shipments and logistics performance.

What you'll need:

  • 1–2 years of experience in logistics or operations, preferably in an international shipping environment.

  • Working knowledge of courier platforms (FedEx, DHL, UPS) and international shipping procedures.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, especially for customs clearance and shipping delays.

  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (written & spoken).

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and shipment tracking tools.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with customs clearance processes in the EU and US.

  • Experience coordinating with global teams or remote offices.
