We offer credit to our customers to facilitate purchases and help retailers manage their working capital.
About the Role
This role is part of the Fintech Product team focused on our lending vertical called Nivoda Capital which enables our customers to purchase on credit. The team is responsible for the entire financial stack powering this credit facility to our customers including but not limited to payments, KYC & Onboarding, risk assessment, and fraud monitoring.
What You'll Do:

Customer Research(20%)
Analyze competitor offerings and customer needs to create a best-in-class credit experience.
Collaborate with the customer experience team to design seamless, frictionless user journeys.

Data (30%)
Track key metrics and lead initiatives to improve performance.
Instrumenting data and variables to enhance tracking efficiency.

Product Development (30%)
Work cross-functionally with business, design, marketing, research, engineering and data to build solutions to solve customer pain points and drive revenue.
Creating detailed product documentation for business and engineering teams.
Working with international rating agencies and 3P partners to drive platform integrations and utilizing them to fine-tune the credit offering.

Product Strategy (20%)
Defining the overall long term vision and strategy for Credit stack in a way that aligns with the company goals.
Managing timelines, resources and priorities to effectively meet project goals.
Your skills and experience:
Structured problem solver. You can identify user and business problems and use technology to solve them efficiently.
Minimum 4 years of product management experience. A background in credit and lending space is a must with an experience of leading 3P integrations.
A good understanding of financial metrics and reporting is preferable.
A data driven decision maker with experience with data querying languages like SQL (Others would be a plus).
Strong stakeholder management skills with clear and effective communication skills ability to earn trust and manage stakeholders through complex project management workflow.
Clear and effective written and oral communication skills with the ability to interact and influence stakeholders.
