What you'll do:

Responsibilities:

• Written & verbal communication with suppliers for queries, follow ups, order updates.

• Communicate with the fulfillment team for sourcing diamonds & gems.

• Responding to incoming queries within the organization.

• Track the shipments

• Maintain data & statistics related to operations.

• Coordinate with logistic teams to ensure timely deliveries.

• Work cooperatively with cross-functional teams to manage supplier relationships

What you'll need:

• Seeking candidates with solid jewelry industry experience

• Quality control knowledge to maintain high standards for finished products

• Knowledge of jewelry design software and manufacturing technologies can be beneficial.

• Effective problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication skills
