Director of Partnerships

Natural Cycles° is a leading women’s health company that developed the world’s first birth control app, used by millions globally. We are a fast growing startup, and we promote an international working environment filled with smart and ambitious colleagues based in Stockholm, Geneva, New York, and remotely. Our mission is to pioneer women’s health through research and passion, empowering every woman with the knowledge she needs to take charge of her health.

Natural Cycles is the only FDA-cleared digital contraceptive app, trusted by 6+ million women globally. Partnerships are one of our most proven paths to user growth and a major opportunity for expansion in the US.

We are looking for a Director of Partnerships to own this channel end-to-end.

This role will lead the full partnership lifecycle across core verticals: wearables and hardware, telehealth, and consumer health and wellness, from sourcing and structuring deals to execution and long-term growth.

Please note that we are hiring for this role in the US, with a preference for candidates based on the East Coast.

What you'll own

Wearable & hardware partnerships
  • Own and grow existing partnerships, with a focus on increasing attach rate and post-launch performance

  • Identify and secure the next wave of wearable integrations

  • Lead commercial negotiations end-to-end, from initial terms through contract execution

  • Represent Natural Cycles credibly in senior-level partner conversations

Telehealth partnerships
  • Build and convert a pipeline of new telehealth partners while building upon existing partnerships

  • Prioritize both insurance-accepting platforms (Rx coverage) and cash-pay models (direct subscriptions)

  • Proactively target high-growth areas, including GLP-1, HRT, and PCOS platforms

Consumer health & wellness partnerships
  • Build partnerships with brands that have a strong overlap with our target audience

  • Develop bundling, co-subscription, and white-label opportunities

  • Bring forward creative, non-obvious partnership ideas

Pipeline & partner management
  • Build and own a structured partnership pipeline across all verticals

  • Create clear frameworks for evaluating, prioritizing, and progressing opportunities

  • Centralize and manage inbound partner interest across channels

What success looks like

First 90 days
  • Map the US partnership landscape and build a prioritized pipeline

  • Re-engage and advance key opportunities

  • Establish a clear point of view on priorities and sequencing

Within 6 months
  • Advance or close at least two high-impact partnership deals

Within 12 months
  • Partnerships contribute meaningfully to US new user growth, alongside existing wearable partners

What we're looking for
  • 10+ years in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles

  • Experience in digital health, femtech, wearables, or consumer health

  • Experience building or managing affiliate and revenue-share models

  • Proven track record of closing complex, high-impact deals that drive measurable growth

  • Strong commercial judgment—can prioritize, structure, and negotiate effectively

  • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders (legal, finance, product) to get deals across the line

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, founder-led environment with evolving processes

  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g., FDA, healthcare compliance, data privacy) is a plus

  • Existing relationships across wearables, telehealth, or women’s health are a strong advantage

  • US-based (east coast preferred); experience working with a European HQ is a plus

What we offer
  • Flexible work arrangement - you will be part of a team based in and around the New York area that values effective collaboration and transparent communication, irrespective of work location

  • Professional development - you will collaborate with industry leading developers, promoting continuous growth and skill enhancement

  • Modern technology - you will leverage innovative technologies and tools, within an environment that empowers you to contribute ideas and take ownership of your work

  • Impactful projects - you will contribute to groundbreaking projects that redefine industry standards and create tangible value

  • Commitment to quality - you will join a dynamic and progressive organization that prioritizes profitable, long-term product development
