Natural Cycles° is a leading women’s health company that developed the world’s first birth control app, used by millions globally. We’re looking for a leader who can drive the user research across our marketing and product departments. You’ll help us understand our customers and what they're looking for in our product. You’ll manage a small but growing team of researchers, and teach others across the organisation to conduct research themselves.
By joining our team, you’ll get the opportunity to collaborate on a variety of projects with a team of top product designers, marketers, and company leaders in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You’ll work on big, strategic projects as well as small usability tests where you’ll get to see the impact of your work right away.
Please note that we are hiring for this role in Europe as we’re looking for someone who can travel to our Stockholm office regularly.
What you will be doing
Manage and lead a small team, helping them prioritise their work and grow in their careers.
Advocate for user research across our organization, and teach others to use it as a part of their work in marketing and product development
Contribute to company strategy, identifying and executing on opportunities for research studies
Design studies and develop hypotheses examining users’ behaviors, needs, and attitudes
Use a wide variety of mixed research methods: qualitative and quantitative methods
Synthesize and communicate research results to different audiences at Natural Cycles to help magnify the impact of the findings
What skills and experience we think you have
You have experience leading people and are invested in helping others grow and develop in their careers.
You have a strong working knowledge of user research methods, including when and how to apply different methods across both marketing and product contexts
You are comfortable planning, scoping, conducting, analyzing and communicating research, independently and as part of a team
You are familiar with quantitative research methods, comfortable with metrics and A/B tests, and are able to synthesize quantitative data with qualitative user research
You are a strong communicator and are passionate about bringing customer voices into working processes across our company
Your qualifications:
You have at least 8 years of work experience in a similar role
You have a background in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Experimental Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, Data Science or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience

We are remote-friendly, but we find great value in being able to connect with our teams in person. We are hiring for this role in Europe as we’re looking for someone who can travel to our Stockholm office regularly.
