Head of Account Management

We are seeking a highly motivated Head of Account Management to join our dynamic and growing team at Monta. You will be responsible for managing and building up our AM team. Our AM team holds the commercial responsibility over revenue creation and retention for our existing partners who use Monta to manage/acquire their B2C, B2B customers and direct partners and manage their EV charging sites, projects, or organization and often generate revenue from them.
- Develop a deep understanding of our industry and understand how our product can be used to meet and exceed the needs of our partners.
- Manage our existing Account Management staff and take over responsibility of hiring new team members.
- Coach and enable the team to be the most efficient, effective and profitable AM function they can be.
- Set foundation & vision for AM processes, such as AM lifecycle, forecasting methodologies, Expansion Pipelines, etc.
- Forecast and track key account metrics and analyze trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate closely with your counterparts in Customer Success and Sales.
- Identify expansion potential of your team’s book of business and drive team strategies to realize said commercial value.
- Ensure customer retention through supporting your team’s counterparts in Customer Success via contractual work and negotiation and escalation management.
- Ensure data excellency within our internal tool stack & our CRM to be able to analyze activities for the entire book of business and improve the revenue engine of existing business.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including customer success, sales, finance, legal, marketing, and product, to ensure our partners are having the best customer experience.
