Onboarding specialist (intern)

Ensure a consistent and high-quality onboarding experience across locations (FR, EMEA, APAC, NA).
Develop, implement and improve onboarding programs across the organization.
- Make sure joining Mistral is a pleasure, even before you join until weeks after your arrival
Measure onboarding effectiveness through key metrics;
Identify opportunities for improvement and implement scalable solutions.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders
Partner with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, IT, Workplace to ensure onboarding readiness.
Ensure equipment & required resources are available before each employee's start date.
Organize and facilitate onboarding sessions, orientations and key integration milestones;
Coordinate and facilitate travel arrangements, transportation, and accommodation for new joiners who need it during onboarding weeks.
Build Scalable Processes
Design and optimize onboarding workflows, tools, and documentation.
Drive automation and operational excellence to support business growth.
Maintain onboarding resources, guides, and knowledge repositories.
About you
Experience
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Demonstrated experience owning and delivering end-to-end onboarding programs, with a strong focus on employee experience, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
Proven ability to develop and implement programs that align with business goals and drive results.
