As a Technical Account Manager, you will be the trusted technical partner for our customers, ensuring they achieve maximum value from Mine’s platform. This role combines deep product expertise, hands-on technical troubleshooting (Triage and tier 2 support), and long-term relationship management.
You will
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customers throughout their lifecycle.
- Investigate and resolve all technical issues, serving as the first point of communication, and work closely with Product and Engineering to ensure timely and high-quality solutions.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer use cases and translate them into actionable insights for internal teams.
- Own communication around incidents, updates, and technical changes - ensuring clarity, transparency, and customer satisfaction.
- Deliver training, knowledge-sharing sessions, and documentation to empower customers.
- Advocate for customer needs within Mine, influencing product roadmap and prioritization.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Tier 2 engineer, Technical Account Manager, Customer Success Engineer, or similar technical customer-facing role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose issues across APIs, integrations, authentication and data flows in complex cloud and SaaS environments.
- Experience working with technical stakeholders such as engineers, architects, and security teams.
- Excellent communication skills - able to translate complex concepts into clear, customer-friendly language.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with privacy, security, or data protection domains — an advantage.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
- A proactive, customer-centric approach and genuine passion for helping organizations succeed.
