What will you do and need:

  • Initiate inquiries to potential clients in the US market to introduce our company and solutions and enhance existing relationships.
  • Strong research skills to obtain information about potential customers and identify key individuals in potential customers (companies) to start the sales cycle.
  • Generate and qualify new sales leads through a combination of outbound emails, and social media outreach.
  • Accurately maintain and update information in our CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly goals.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Build a prospect database
  • Closely collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of our strategy.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends
  • Excellent knowledge of sales development, lead generation practices, and processes..
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with a positive and energetic presence.

Requirements:

  • Applicants must be English speakers
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and appointment setting - Must
  • Two years of SDR experience within an intense, fast-paced, goal-oriented startup environment – ideally from a privacy/security companies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (a must), HubSpot and sales tools (LinkedIn/SalesNav, AmpleMarket)
  • Monday - Friday work week, East coast hours.
