This role involves leading the strategy and execution of both virtual and in-person events to elevate brand awareness and generate leads. You will create immersive experiences that showcase the innovative nature of our B2B platform, MineOS. Driving engagement and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. They will own what should be a busy event marketing calendar that includes customer events and webinars.

Success Metrics: You will be measured by different metrics such as:

  • Number of events hosted, 2) attendee engagement levels, 3) leads generated, and most importantly 4) ROI in $ generated from the events.

Responsibilities:

  • Event strategy development: Develop and implement a comprehensive event marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing goals and targets key stakeholders.
  • Event planning and execution A-Z: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of both virtual and in-person events, ensuring they are engaging, well-organized, and effectively showcase MineOS.
  • Brand representation: Create immersive experiences that accurately represent and elevate the brand, highlighting the innovative aspects of the B2B platform.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and industry influencers, through impactful event experiences.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure events are integrated into broader marketing campaigns and contribute to sales pipeline and customer retention.
  • Content utilization: Collaborate with the content team to leverage event material for broader marketing use, including post-event content creation and distribution.
  • Lead generation and follow-up: Oversee lead generation activities during events and coordinate with sales for effective lead follow-up and conversion.
  • Budget management: Manage the event marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective planning and execution of events.
  • Analytics and reporting: Monitor and report on event performance metrics, including attendee engagement, lead generation, and ROI, to continually optimize event strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in event marketing in a B2B or tech environment.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful event marketing strategies that align with business goals.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence various stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with event technology platforms, CRM systems, and marketing analytics tools. Hubspot experience is a plus.
  • Creativity and innovation: Our events are energetic and have good vibes. We want to continue this with creative thinkers and the ability to design unique event experiences that resonate with the target audience.
  • Lots of travel to Europe and other US locations to run the events.

The offered rate of compensation (NY locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The Compensation Package Range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 OTE annually exempt. The range provided is for NY-based hires only and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in locations other than NY may differ based on the labor cost in that location.
