About MINE

MINE is a leading interior design and model home merchandising firm working with the nation's top homebuilders. We design and furnish stunning model homes across the country, and we have approximately 60 fully designed showrooms open to the public in the North Austin area, all open seven days a week. These model homes double as shoppable pop up furniture showrooms, and we are launching a major expansion of this concept across Leander, Liberty Hill, and Georgetown.

We are looking for a local Brand Ambassador to be the face of MINE in North Austin.

The Role

This is a rare opportunity for a natural connector with a furniture retail background to build something in their own backyard. You will represent MINE throughout the North Austin area, driving awareness and visits to our showrooms, building relationships with local businesses and community groups, and converting showroom visitors into furniture customers.

You will work from home and from your car, on your schedule, in your community. You are not tied to a single store. Your territory is a network of 60 beautifully designed showrooms, and your job is to fill them with people and close sales.

What You'll Do

- Be the face of MINE in Leander, Liberty Hill, and Georgetown

- Drive traffic to our 60+ local showrooms through community presence, events, and personal network

- Engage showroom visitors, build trust quickly, and guide them from browsing to buying

- Build and maintain partnerships with local businesses (coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants) that participate in our showroom tour perks program

- Represent MINE at local events, community groups, and social functions

- Report insights from the field to help shape our North Austin marketing strategy

Who You Are

- Experienced in furniture retail, ideally on the premium side (think Pottery Barn, Restoration Hardware, Arhaus, or similar). This is a must.

- A genuine person. You have a big network, you're active in your community, you go out, you know people, and people know you.

- A natural closer. You know how to engage someone, earn their trust, and guide them to a confident purchase.

- Self motivated and entrepreneurial. You thrive without someone looking over your shoulder.

- Design savvy is a strong plus. You can speak to style, materials, and how a space comes together.

- You live in or near Leander, Liberty Hill, or Georgetown and have reliable transportation. A car is required.

Compensation

This role is built for go getters. It offers a modest base salary paired with a high commission structure with no ceiling. If you can sell, this role can realistically produce six figures per year while working from home, from your car, and from some of the most beautiful spaces in North Austin.
