The Opportunity

Mighty Networks is a pioneering ‘unified member platform’ where hundreds of thousands of brands, entrepreneurs, and creators offer community, online courses, and paid memberships under their own brand.

Our fastest growing, flagship plan is Mighty Pro, which is our highest level of service, strategy, software, and AI, where a digital business can launch on their own mobile apps and website in just a few short weeks.

With over 375+ of the most successful brands, entrepreneurs, and creators on Mighty Pro, we’re carving out a new customer success management team to scale Mighty Pro to the next level.

Our founding Director of Customer Success Management will have the opportunity to design and lead the team they’ve always wanted to bring into the world—centered on delivering to our Mighty Pro Hosts (what we call our customers) results they never thought were possible for their business.


Reporting to our VP of Strategy & Success, in this role, you’ll:

  • Build Mighty Pro’s first customer success organization to serve over 375+ Mighty Pro Hosts with the highest level of service, strategy, success, and efficiency.
  • Map out a wildly compelling success plan for each Mighty Pro Host that exceeds their goals—transforming renewals from a conversation to a foregone conclusion.
  • Recruit, train, inspire, and grow a new team of Customer Success Managers to bring your systems to life.
  • Work closely with our Mighty Pro Strategy function to ensure each Mighty Pro Host has a wildly compelling success plan that clarifies their goals and focuses our team on exceeding them.
  • Ensure the systems of communication are in place, healthy, and actively managed between our Mighty Pro Hosts and the rest of Mighty—all with an eye to delivering results our Mighty Pro Hosts never thought were possible.
  • Actively anticipate and design for the systems we’ll need as we go from 375+ to 3,750+ Mighty Pro Hosts in the near future.
  • Manage an ever-growing list of VIPs with substantial influence and access—ensuring our highest profile Mighty Pro Hosts continue to be fierce advocates and references for Mighty.


You are coming to us with:

  • A proven track record in recruiting, training, and scaling a customer success team—and are now excited to build one from scratch.
  • A strong point of view on customer success you’re ready to implement for a platform with product-market-fit at five-and-six-figure price points.
  • Direct experience guiding executives, influential personalities, celebrities, and their teams with both strategy and tactical execution.
  • Expertise teasing out goals and results, then matching them to a solution.
  • Excited to learn Mighty’s product and a broad set of use cases.
  • Demonstrated clarity in articulating a value proposition and business impact.
  • Direct experience leading with data to achieve results—scaling the systems and dashboards to ensure incredible strategy and success for a rapidly growing number of Mighty Pro Hosts.
