We’re looking for a Product Operations Manager to join LucidLink and help elevate how our Product team operates at scale. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in shaping the systems, processes, and tools that empower our teams to build and deliver world-class products with efficiency and clarity.
Working at the intersection of product strategy and execution, you’ll support key initiatives across product enablement, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence. You’ll partner closely with Product Managers, Product Designers, Engineers, Product Marketers, and customer-facing stakeholders across the business to ensure that we’re not only building the right products — but doing so in a way that is repeatable, data-informed, and outcome-driven.
This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings structure to ambiguity, builds repeatable processes, and is passionate about helping product teams move faster and smarter.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain clear, consistent feedback processes between Product and customer-facing teams using tools like Slack, Confluence, Productboard, portals, internal forums, and other collaboration tools.
Develop and evolve team playbooks, operational best practices, and centralized documentation to scale PM effectiveness.
Create and manage sources of truth for key product-related information—roadmap, feature requests, usage trends, and customer feedback.
Drive cross-functional alignment by partnering with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Support, and Customer Success to streamline communication and support decision-making.
Drive the planning and execution of high-leverage operational projects (e.g. process and tools implementation, decision frameworks, communication cadences, beta testing programs).
Continuously improve coordination of the product development workflows to ensure high-quality, timely launches.
Champion LucidLink’s culture and values, embedding customer-centric thinking and continuous improvement into everything we do.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in product operations, business operations, or strategy/consulting roles within fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem solving and decision making.
Proven ability to take ambiguous challenges and turn them into structured, actionable initiatives.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence PMs, Directors, and cross-functional peers.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
Comfortable with change, self-starting, and energized by driving operational excellence at scale.
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Productboard, Zendesk, Salesforce.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or Program Management within a SaaS or technology company.
MBA is a plus.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau—and a strong willingness to learn.
Join our team and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our product and driving our company's success through innovative product-led growth strategies.
