The Job
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Engineering Manager to lead some of the growing engineering teams. As an Engineering Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing a highly skilled group of engineers, driving product development, and contributing to the overall success of the company. You will lead by example, inspire creativity, and foster a culture of innovation within the engineering department.
Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Development:
Provide strong leadership to the engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Mentor and guide team members, helping them grow professionally and achieve their career goals.
Conduct regular feedback reviews, mentor effectively and set objectives to drive high performance, growth and engagement.

Product Development and Strategy:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps and ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
Drive the development and execution of engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and budget requirements.
Champion agile methodologies to enhance product delivery efficiency and facilitate rapid iterations.

Technical Excellence:
Maintain a deep understanding of our technology stack and product architecture, enabling effective decision-making and technical guidance.
Oversee the technical design and implementation of features, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and scalability requirements.
Act as a technical advisor to the team, providing insights and recommendations to overcome complex technical challenges.

Stakeholder Communication:
Effectively communicate engineering updates, progress, and challenges to key stakeholders, including executive leadership and product managers.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features, address concerns, and ensure that engineering efforts align with business objectives and user needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in a leadership role, managing engineering teams and delivering successful products in a fast-paced, high-tech startup environment.
Strong technical background with proficiency in relevant programming languages and technologies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Deep technical expertise and understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
