What you will be doing

  • Expand our creative AI tech community, and develop and implement strategies to foster rapid growth and engagement across various channels including Discord, Twitter, Reddit, etc.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with creators and other partners in the AI and tech innovation space, building a robust network of brand ambassadors with significant followings.
  • Organize and execute community activities such as AMAs with brand ambassadors, Q&A sessions with our development team, webinars, roadmap updates, and contests.
  • Generate, analyze, and utilize data-driven reports to reflect on performance and continuously improve community engagement and growth strategies.
  • Effectively relay community feedback to inform and shape the roadmap, and guide the development of new features and capabilities.
  • Work autonomously within the framework of the company’s strategic plan, proactively bringing new ideas and initiatives to the table without the need for micromanagement.
  • Engage with the community, addressing complex technical queries and facilitating discussions at a high level of technical understanding, matching the expertise of our brand ambassadors and community members.

Your skills and experience

  • A deep passion for new technologies and AI, coupled with a habit of actively engaging with and utilizing the latest trends and tools in AI and tech innovation communities, not just staying informed but also practically applying this knowledge in relevant contexts.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in community management, preferably in the tech or AI industry.
  • A proven track record of successful global interaction, demonstrating an ability to navigate and engage with diverse cultural and social contexts.
  • Self-starter with a proven track record of developing and executing growth plans for new community channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in creating and working with detailed reports; ability to use data to inform decisions and strategies.
  • Technical proficiency to engage in in-depth discussions on AI and tech-related topics.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and drive in line with the company's strategic direction.

  • Expected base salary range: $115,000–$140,000
