The team's mission is to hire talented employees who will continue to drive the company's growth and success by managing end-to-end recruitment processes, creating unique and memorable candidate experiences, and partnering with hiring managers, all while bringing creativity , winning mindset and innovation to the day-to-day work.

What you will be doing

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, with a focus on sourcing and hiring exceptional talent.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights, market data, and guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates from both local and international markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with the Employer Branding team to create impactful recruitment campaigns and content.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and promote best practices in recruitment.

Your skills and experience

  • 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition within a global tech company, with a proven ability to recruit for various functions and levels.
  • A winning mindset with the drive to overcome challenges and deliver exceptional results.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
  • A creative mindset and a keen interest in leveraging marketing strategies to enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • High emotional intelligence and a flexible & open-minded approach
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
