The Internal Brand Studio team is part of the Operations department, under the Welfare & Employee Experience team. The team’s responsibility lies in creating and maintaining all internal branded materials to ensure alignment with our brand standards. From designing graphics to refining presentation templates, the team supports various projects across the company with their creative expertise. This role involves both preserving our brand's core identity and dynamically evolving it by crafting innovative experiences that enhance and expand our brand's reach and resonance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Graphic Designer to oversee and execute the branding and signage projects for our new office spaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the visual design and implementation of signage and branding throughout our office environments, collaborating closely with our architects and interior designers to create cohesive and impactful spatial branding.

What you will be doing

  • Design and develop branding elements, typography, and graphical representations for new office spaces.
  • Collaborate with architects and interior designers to ensure that the graphic design elements integrate seamlessly with physical spaces.
  • Manage all aspects of signage and environmental branding projects from concept through to execution.
  • Oversee the production and installation of all graphic elements, ensuring quality and adherence to brand standards.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and advancements in space branding and environmental graphics.

Your skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio in typography, branding, and environmental graphics.
  • Proven experience working with architects and interior designers on spatial branding projects.
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of leading projects from inception to completion.
  • Deep knowledge of materials and production methods used in signage and spatial branding.
  • Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various teams.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with meticulous attention to detail.
