Role:

We are now seeking for a Marketing Student Assistant to support the our EMEA Marketing Organisation as we continue to scale.

Requirement will be to work 20 hours per week in parallel to studies.

Who are you?

  • You have interest in the B2B software space
  • You have familiarity with both Marketing Tools and CRM systems (particularly Salesforce (SFDC)
  • You're a fast learner with a keen attention to detail, able to quickly adapt to new challenges and environments
  • A data-driven and analytical approach enables you to make informed decisions and optimize processes effectively
  • You possess strong English speaking and writing skills

The job / responsibilities

As a Marketing Student Assistant, you will join our high performing and growth-driven Field and Channel Marketing team.

You will help Leapwork with a variety of pre-event activities, reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Field Marketing EMEA, but also work with other departments including Sales.

Example of activities include:

  • Setting-up Salesforce campaigns
  • Creating & updating landing pages (Hubspot)
  • Setting-up webinars
  • Implementing multi-channel promotional plans (email, social)
  • Drafting program announcements
  • Coordinating vendors and logistics
  • Managing event timelines and logistics, ensuring seamless execution
  • Supporting post event activities including
  • Email follow-up
  • List uploads
  • On-demand content
  • Call and / or Program debrief - writing a post-event report to debrief what went right and what can be improved upon
  • Manage branded giveaways orders for events
