The role:

Leapwork is seeking a proactive and dynamic Digital Transformation Manager to join our team.

This role will focus on independently driving transformation initiatives primarily within the front office tech stack, which includes Sales and Marketing technologies. The successful candidate will excel in process mapping, planning, analysing business requirements and managing implementations with a team of tool administrators and developers, as well as stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Digital Transformation Initiatives: Independently drive digital transformation projects from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals.
  • Process Mapping and Improvement: Conduct detailed process mapping and analysis to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains within the sales and marketing tech stack.
  • Business Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into actionable plans and solutions.
  • Project Management: Oversee the implementation of digital tools and technologies, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of tool administrators and developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with sales, marketing, and other business units to ensure alignment of digital transformation efforts with overall business strategy.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging digital trends and technologies, recommending and implementing improvements to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of digital transformation initiatives.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital transformation, project management, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing technologies and processes.
  • Proficient in process mapping and business analysis techniques.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with agile methodologies is a plus.
