What are we looking for:

Leapwork is seeking a dynamic and data-driven Demand Generation Manager who will be instrumental in crafting and executing programs aimed at acquiring new accounts. Reporting to our Director of Demand Generation, this pivotal role involves designing, building, and operating integrated campaigns that are crucial to achieving Leapwork's pipeline and revenue goals.

As the cornerstone of our Demand Generation team, your core responsibility will encompass overseeing marketing initiatives focused on acquiring and nurturing leads. This role requires an understanding of traditional and contemporary demand generation tactics, including paid and organic social media, search engine marketing (SEM), webinars, email campaigns, ABM campaigns and events.

You'll be expected to develop integrated, multi-channel campaigns that effectively resonate at various stages of the marketing funnel, thereby driving demand for Leapwork. We're seeking a results-oriented marketer with a demonstrated track record in both inbound and outbound B2B marketing, someone who's adept at generating revenue through strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy: Lead the development and execution of Go-To-Market (GTM) campaign strategies overseeing all aspects from planning, to implementation to reporting.
  • Build ABM Programs: Tailor messaging and touchpoints in campaigns to create ABM campaigns for ICP accounts – creating and capturing demand. Work alongside sales and rev opps teams to help build target account lists and with marketing team to develop messaging, content and promotional tactics.
  • Collaborate on tactics & content: Collaborate across marketing to create integrated campaigns including - working with creative teams on content & assets, working with product marketing on messaging, and working with digital marketing on channel execution.
  • Deep Product and Market Understanding: Gain a comprehensive understanding of Leapwork’s solution, user and buyer journeys. Collaborate with the Director of Demand Gen to develop innovative strategies that align with our market and funnel requirements.
  • Metrics and Analytics Ownership: Manage lead and pipeline metrics. Analyze demand funnel and campaign performances, optimize strategies based on insights, and effectively communicate results to stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Strategy and Execution: Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and data teams to develop and execute a unified strategy for inbound and outbound lead generation.
  • Stay Ahead with Market Insights: Keep updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Use this knowledge to identify new demand generation opportunities and innovative approaches.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience
  • +3 years of proven experience in demand generation, particularly within tech B2B environments, ideally in software automation or similar fields.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Experience working with Salesforce and Hubspot or other marketing automation and email marketing platforms, with a mind for metrics
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative campaign ideas but more importantly the skills to see ideas through.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
