Leapwork is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our IT infrastructure, with a particular focus on Microsoft services. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless integration of our systems and upholding the company's IT standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) to ensure secure and efficient user management.
• Administer and optimize Microsoft Intune for mobile device management and application deployment.
• Ensure seamless integration and management of Microsoft 365 (M365) services across the organization.
• Manage and maintain the company's network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and optimal performanceLead initiatives on application management, including Single Sign-On (SSO) and identity management, ensuring that applications are easily accessible and secure.
• Collaborate with the IT team and other departments to assess and implement new technologies that align with business needs.
• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for IT issues.
• Design and implement IT policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and standards.
• Conduct regular IT audits and assessments, recommending and implementing improvements as necessary.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in Microsoft services and other relevant IT domains, ensuring Leapwork stays at the forefront of technological advancements.

Required Competencies:

• Microsoft Services: Proficiency in Azure AD, Intune, M365, and other related Microsoft services.
• Networking: Strong knowledge of network protocols, LAN/WAN configurations, and network security best practices.
• Application Management: In-depth understanding of SSO, identity management, and other application management tools.
• Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues in a timely manner.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on Microsoft services.
• Relevant certifications in Azure, Intune, M365, or other related areas are a plus.
