ABOUT THE ROLE

As our People Manager, you will ensure that Kili’s core values are embedded in all People strategies and processes.

We are seeking a talented People Manager, in charge of the Talent Partner, and reporting directly to the CEO. This position offers a unique opportunity to have a significant impact within our organization, our People and support our ambitious growth goals.

Main missions :

Talent Acquisition :

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with Kili’s/DeepIP's growth objectives.
  • Work closely with leaders and hiring managers to understand recruitment plans across all functions, manage forecasts and timelines, and promote best-in-class recruiting practices.
  • Build and promote Kili’s/DeepIP's employer brand both externally and internally.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the Talent Partner.

Talent Performance & Development:

  • Drive and execute the employee performance and culture strategy, ensuring talent density and performance objectives are met (annual reviews, performance improvement plans, etc.).
  • Oversee all talent development and retention strategies, including career growth, promotions, and training.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to train, guide, and advise managers and teams on all People-related topics.

People experience & Compliance:

  • Ensure Kili Technology complies with all regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee all administrative People operations, including employment contracts, employee documentation, healthcare, and benefits.
  • Manage payroll processes in France and the US (variables, bonuses, benefits).
  • Build and maintain a great employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle (onboarding, operations, offboarding).
  • Organize and manage, with your team, internal events such as offsites and team-building activities.
Office Management :
  • Manage all office operations and ensure our work environment reflects our company culture.

ABOUT YOU

  • You have over 5 years of experience as an HR professional, ideally within startups or tech companies.
  • You are driven by the articulation between culture, talent density, and performance development.
  • You have worked in a high-growth company, you are agile, and you navigate ambiguity with ease.
  • You excel in employee relations, recruitment, compensation, performance management, benefits, and learning and development.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and can effectively engage with various profiles on a daily basis.
  • You are highly organized and capable of managing multiple HR topics simultaneously.
  • You enjoy solving complex People challenges and building processes from the ground up.
  • You possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have a solid understanding of HR compliance and regulations.

About Kili Technology

Kili began as an idea sometime in late 2018. Edouard was working at BNP Paribas, where he'd built one of the most advanced AI Labs in Europe from scratch. François-Xavier knew how to take a powerful insight and build a company around it.

While all the AI hype was on the models, they focussed on helping people understand what was truly important: the data. Together, they founded Kili to make sure data was no longer a barrier to good AI.

By July 2020, the Kili platform was live and by the end of the year, the first customers had renewed, and the pipeline was full. They knew they were on to something and it had to grow fast. They raised over $30M from Serena, Headline and Balderton, some of the best VCs worldwide. Today Kili is in a league of its own, giving businesses around the world to build AI with trustworthy data inside. At Kili we know that you can’t build high if you don’t build deep from the beginning. This is the primary requirement to create a smarter world through better AI.
