You'll absolutely CRUSH this if you:
- Love both tidy ledgers AND messy whiteboard sessions
- Translate GAAP into plain Swedish
- Monthly salary, KPI, VAT reporting
- Get a thrill when Plan meets Actual (and you explain the delta like a TED talk at our All Hands)
- Strive at the office 5 days a week together with amazing colleagues
The basics we need:
- Finance/accounting degree from uni
- 2+ years experience working with accounting and month-end close processes
- Swedish & English skills
- That special "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude and comfort with beautiful chaos
Your mission is to maintain and constantly improve an in-house finance function. Your goal is to ensure high-quality accounting and financial reporting. You will also take an active role in improvement projects.
