We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team, with a focus on Customer Success Operations, Contract Management and Salesforce optimisation. You’ll play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, driving process improvements, and enabling cross-functional teams with insights and scalable workflows to support business growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Review and approve commercial deals in Salesforce, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Partner with Customer Success to define, track, and optimize key metrics such as retention, usage, and churn.
  • Maintain and improve Customer Success dashboards and reporting in Salesforce and Tableau.
  • Support Account Executives, Account Managers, and Customer Success Managers in resolving Salesforce-related challenges.
  • Lead process optimization initiatives across Sales and CS Ops to improve scalability and efficiency.
  • Support Salesforce administration, automation, and enhancements to streamline workflows.
  • Analyze customer, sales, and revenue data to provide actionable insights to leadership.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and BI tools (e.g., Tableau).
  • A problem-solving mindset and passion for process improvement.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving systems and processes.
  • Experience in Customer Success Operations, dashboards/analytics, or revenue operations is a strong plus.
