The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Business Applications Manager to join our Revenue Operations team during an exciting period of post-merger transformation. In this role, you'll take ownership of our core business applications—Salesforce, Workato, and Tableau—to drive scalable, efficient, and automated business processes across the organization.
This is a unique opportunity to shape and streamline business operations through smart system architecture and automation, working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and more. You will also play a key role in enhancing cross-team collaboration by enabling more AI-driven capabilities and supporting automation initiatives powered by AI.
Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and optimize core business applications including Salesforce, Workato, and Tableau.
- Design and plan scalable business processes to support company growth and operational excellence.
- Lead the integration and automation of systems and data flows using tools like Workato or similar platforms.
- Build and maintain system interfaces between CRM, ERP, BI tools, and other platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand needs, identify opportunities, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Own and drive application-related projects from design through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain documentation of systems architecture, data flows, and processes.
- Provide user support, training, and best practices to ensure adoption and efficiency.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in business applications, systems, or business operations roles in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Salesforce Admin Certification required, with hands-on experience in administration and customization.
- Expertise in Workato (or similar integration/automation tools).
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with databases.
- Familiarity with Blue Canvas, Postman, and DocuSign.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to explain complex technical solutions in business terms.
- Self-starter with strong project management capabilities and attention to detail.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and can work independently when needed.
