Job Summary:

As a Sales Account Executive at iink, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing company and make a direct impact on our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored financial solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and value propositions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, including sales forecasts and pipeline status.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the finance or fintech industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Hubspot preferred).
