We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer with strong hands‑on expertise in .NET and C#, excellent debugging and problem‑solving skills, and solid experience working with Azure. The ideal candidate should be proficient in client-side technologies like jQuery and React, with Kendo UI knowledge as an added advantage. Strong database skills—including query optimization, performance tuning, and troubleshooting—are essential. This role requires a technically strong engineer who can guide the team, own complex modules, and deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions.
Engineering or equivalent
- Design & Development:
Lead the design, development, and enhancement of complex modules using .NET and C#, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability. - Advanced Debugging & Troubleshooting:
Own critical production/debugging scenarios, perform deep‑dive root cause analysis, and guide the team in resolving complex issues efficiently. - Client-Side Engineering:
Build rich, responsive UI components using React and jQuery; work with Kendo UI where applicable to deliver intuitive user experiences. - Database Expertise:
Design and optimize database structures, write efficient SQL queries, perform performance tuning, and ensure data consistency across features. - Technical Leadership:
Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and drive best engineering practices across the team. - Cross‑Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product managers, architects, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality releases and ensure end‑to‑end solution readiness. - Quality & Performance:
Ensure code quality, maintain test coverage, and proactively drive performance improvements across backend and frontend components. - Ownership & Delivery:
Take complete ownership of assigned features/modules, plan development tasks, and ensure timely delivery with zero critical blockers.
