Icertis is seeking a Senior Manager, Demand Generation – Customer Expansion to create and execute integrated demand generation programs to drive revenue growth within existing enterprise accounts. Reporting to the Director, Demand Gen—Customer Expansion, this role will implement account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns and develop content and channel strategies to support up-sell, expansion, and new product adoption. The Senior Manager will collaborate closely with stakeholder teams and will be responsible for optimizing campaign and channel performance, pipeline impact, and ROI.

Icertis is seeking a Senior Manager, Demand Generation – Customer Expansion to create and execute integrated demand generation programs to drive revenue growth within existing enterprise accounts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on demand generation or ABM.
  • Experience designing and executing ABM strategies and integrated campaigns for complex, enterprise SaaS accounts.
  • Ability to drive pipeline and revenue growth through customer expansion programs.
  • Experience in Customer Marketing is preferable, including advocacy, reference programs, and customer storytelling.
  • Hands on experience with ABM platforms (e.g. 6sense, Demandbase) for campaign segmentation and orchestration.
  • Hands on experience with gifting/direct mail platforms (Sendoso, Postal) for personalized engagement and pipeline acceleration.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using Salesforce and analytics/BI tools to measure, analyze, and optimize performance.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strategic Program Leadership

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Development, Customer Experience and Marketing team peers to execute account-specific growth plays.
  • Work closely with Account Management on creation of account plans to identify and prioritize expansion opportunities for target accounts.

Integrated Campaign & ABM Execution

  • Lead the creation and execution of 1-to-1 and 1-to-few ABM campaigns tailored to priority accounts and key customer segments.
  • Implement campaign content strategies, utilizing thought leadership, case studies, custom demos, and product deep dives to support expansion goals.
  • Coordinate personalized outreach, executive engagement, and peer-to-peer programs to activate buying committees and accelerate pipeline progression.
  • Utilize a multi-channel approach including digital, microsites, webinars, events, email, and dimensional mail.
  • Leverage campaign data and intent signals to optimize targeting, messaging, and performance.

Sales & Sales Development Enablement

  • Work closely with Account Management on creation of account plans to identify and prioritize expansion opportunities to target accounts.
  • Enable sellers utilizing expansion playbooks and messaging guides.
  • Actively participate in regular cross-functional syncs to review target accounts, new signals, and campaign results, optimizing campaigns accordingly.
  • Utilize shared dashboards for communicating program impact and pipeline contribution.

Performance, Analytics & Optimization

  • Measure and report on campaign and channel performance including opportunity creation, expansion pipeline, opportunity creation, conversion rates, revenue, and ROI.
  • Drive a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement, using data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and investment.
  • Manage budgets for campaigns and tactics and ensure efficient use of resources.
