Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the fastest growing SaaS unicorns and a leader in the CLM category. The CLM market is evolving at a rapid pace and the goal of the strategic finance team is to provide key insights that help Icertis make better financial and business decisions.
As a Global Senior Finance Manager, you will be at the center of Icertis's financial activities, being a key strategic partner to all sides of the business and serving a diverse set of stakeholders. This key role will be responsible for providing key top-line and profitability insights that will drive executive decision-making at the corporate level. You will play a key role in understanding and messaging our company-wide financial targets and monthly and quarterly results.
We are looking for someone with an analytical mind and strong knowledge of finance, with a proven track record of success in a senior FP&A role.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of complex three-statement models to support strategic decision-making.
- Generate business insights based on financial results and leverage them to influence strategic decisions being made about the businesses.
- Produce regular reporting packages including CFO top-line insights, executive team/ Board of Directors content, and internal/external auditor close requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights.
- Partner with Accounting and Business Intelligence teams to define requirements for and prioritize projects to improve reporting accuracy and automation.
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial modeling methodologies and processes.
- Support strategic planning and budgeting activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a demonstrated track record of supporting large scale organizational initiatives.
- Experienced in developing and presenting business plans, models, and financial forecasts to the Leadership team.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Outstanding communication skills with an ability to convey ideas and complex financial concepts to a diverse audience including executive and senior management
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Track record of driving business insights, actions, and accountability across organization.
Salary range and description
Min $125,000 - Max $175,000 USD per year
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. In addition to the base salary and annual bonus target and an equity component is included in the compensation package.
