Job Description

The Partner Marketing team at Icertis is a global team that works closely with our strategic partners to drive success across our joint GTM motions. This includes building and launching partner solutions, creating marketing and sales collateral, enabling partners and Icertis field teams, planning and executing demand-gen campaigns, and managing partner programs. We work closely with other marketing teams – corporate marketing, demand generation, product marketing, customer marketing, sales development – as well as our Alliances, Sales, and Presales teams to drive success for Icertis and our partners.

Responsibilities

  • Become a CLM topic expert: Immerse yourself in learning about CLM, Icertis’ platform and solutions, customer pain points, value proposition for different buyer personas, and industry-specific use cases.
  • Shape partner offerings: Understand our partner’s solutions and capabilities, work with partners to define and package partner offerings, interview experts and shape the positioning, messaging, and differentiation narratives for partner offerings.
  • Create impactful content: Produce high-quality content in a variety of formats – pitch decks, solution brochures, whitepapers, videos, demo teasers, case studies, and sales enablement content. This will be the primary focus area for this role.
  • Drive partner solution launches: Build the marketing plan for partner solution launches, project-manage launch deliverables, and drive solution launches, working closely with the partner and Icertis marketing team members.
  • Fuel demand generation: Collaborate with fellow marketing team members and partner teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns, with the goal of demand and lead generation for partner offerings.
  • Partner and sales enablement: Develop sales enablement content and ensure that partner and Icertis sales teams are trained and enabled to prospect, pitch, and sell various partner offerings. Support our Alliances team’s efforts to evangelize these joint offerings across the partner organization, and enable partner sellers and leaders.
  • Program management: Manage a variety of special projects to support our partner programs, partner campaigns, partner enablement, and other key initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Product/solutions marketing experience: 7 to 12 years in enterprise SaaS product marketing, preferably with companies that go-to-market with global SIs (GSIs) such as Accenture, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC, etc. Alternatively, similar product/solution marketing experience within a GSI’s consulting/technology practice, with a strong focus on creating sales and marketing content and launching offerings.
  • Partner marketing experience: 5+ years in enterprise SaaS partner marketing, channel marketing, or partner programs, preferably with large ISVs such as Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Workday, etc.
  • Content development Pro: Extensive experience creating a wide range of content assets, including pitch decks, solution brochures, whitepapers, videos, case studies, and sales enablement content. Bonus if you are a PowerPoint Pro.
  • Successful product launches: A track record of launching successful SaaS products and executing effective go-to-market campaigns with GSI and/or ISV partners.
  • Skilled storyteller: Ability to craft compelling content and narratives tailored to different personas and audiences, driving engagement and interest.
  • Exceptional communication skills: Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey ideas clearly, effectively, and visually.
  • Team player: Highly collaborative and team-oriented, with a talent for building strong relationships within the organization and with partners.
  • Proactive and adaptable: Self-motivated and comfortable working independently, thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments, whether in-person or remote.
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven: Adept at both strategic planning and hands-on execution, ensuring every detail contributes to success.
  • Quick learner: Ability to quickly learn new topics, personas, industries, processes, and tools, adapting to changing needs with ease.
  • Cross-functional experience: Strong experience working in cross-functional roles, seamlessly collaborating across departments.
  • Systems and tools experience: Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 Apps. Experience with Salesforce, Highspot, and Asana preferred.
