Join Our Team as a Product Marketing Director for Public Sector!

Are you passionate about driving innovation across the public sector industry? We're searching for an Industry and Product Marketing Director to be at the forefront of our cutting-edge Icertis product portfolio, based in Bellevue, WA OR a remote location within the US.

In this role, you'll have the unique opportunity to lead product marketing efforts across the Public Sector industry (Federal, Government Contractors, and State and Local) to develop messaging and content. You’ll be a vital link between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer teams.

You will also be responsible for the Icertis Compete program, keeping track of top competitors, identifying emerging threats, and enabling sales with messaging.

This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, ensuring you have the support and guidance needed to succeed. While this position does not include people management responsibilities, it offers an excellent opportunity to influence cross-functional teams and drive key product marketing initiatives.

As an Industry and Product Marketing Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in our company’s growth. You’ll leverage your Product Marketing expertise to create impactful positioning and messaging, you’ll create compelling content, and you’ll help to enable new sales and customer expansion. Responsibilities

  • Shape Compelling Narratives: Drive the positioning, messaging, and content development that will elevate Icertis across public sector verticals.
  • Fuel Demand Generation: Partner with our campaigns team to create powerful content that fills the funnel, accelerates sales, and boosts win rates, working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Become an Icertis Expert: Deeply understand our product’s capabilities and value proposition for different stakeholders, mastering the intricacies of the contract lifecycle management space.
  • Tell Our Story: Craft compelling stories that showcase the value of our products, drawing from a deep understanding of market drivers, customer needs, and Icertis product strengths.
  • Create Impactful Content: Produce high-quality content including presentations, blogs, technical whitepapers, customer stories, and videos that resonate with our audience.
  • Enable Sales Success: Develop sales enablement content and training to ensure teams are fully equipped to position our products effectively with potential prospects.
  • Drive Product Launches: Lead product release and launch communications while continually refining our marketing strategies for ongoing success.
  • Stay Ahead of the Competition: Conduct in-depth research on competitive products and arm our teams with the insights and tools they need to position Icertis as the leader in the market.

Qualifications

  • Extensive Product Marketing Experience: 10+ years of proven success in product marketing within the SaaS industry, with a strong focus on driving results.
  • Industry Expertise: Prior work across public sector industries, with a focus on Federal Agencies and Government Contracting, tailoring messaging and content to different audiences, enabling you to craft relevant and impactful strategies.
  • Content Development Pro: Hands-on experience creating a wide range of content, including blogs, product demos, sales presentations, and more, designed for both external and internal audiences.
  • Team Player: Highly collaborative and team-oriented, with a talent for building strong relationships across all levels and departments.
  • Successful Product Launches: A track record of launching products and features, and executing effective go-to-market plans for Enterprise customers.
  • Proactive and Adaptable: Self-motivated and comfortable working independently, thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments, whether in-person or remote.
  • Detail-Oriented and Results-Driven: Adept at both strategic planning and hands-on execution, ensuring every detail contributes to success.
  • Skilled Storyteller: Ability to craft compelling messages tailored to different personas and audiences, driving engagement and interest.
  • Quick Learner: Ability to quickly grasp new processes and methodologies, adapting to changing needs with ease.
  • Cross-Functional Experience: Strong experience working in cross-functional roles, seamlessly collaborating across departments.
  • B2B Marketing and Sales Enablement: Expertise in B2B marketing and sales enablement, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively.

Salary range and description

Base: Min $191,000 - Max $220,000 USD per year

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. In addition to the base salary and annual bonus target and an equity component is included in the compensation package.
