Role Overview

As a Partner, Organizational Development, you play a key role in driving data-informed decision-making, optimizing organizational processes, and supporting strategic workforce initiatives. You assist with talent review processes, build scalable frameworks and tools, and enhance reporting and analytics capabilities to support leadership. You collaborate cross-functionally to improve organizational workflows, ensure operational efficiency, and drive continuous improvement. Your analytical expertise and systems thinking enable you to streamline processes and provide actionable insights that shape the company’s talent and organizational strategies.

What you do each day:

  • Assist with talent review processes and develop into a fully functional backup for this critical process
  • Own medium-complexity ad hoc reporting and people analytics needs, supporting leadership with data-driven insights
  • Build scalable frameworks, dashboards, and tools to streamline People processes and improve efficiency
  • Develop and maintain taxonomy updates, QA testing, and operational workflows to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Analyze organizational processes and structures to identify opportunities for improvement and drive efficiency
  • Leverage data visualization and reporting tools to present insights that support strategic decisions
  • Support leadership in fostering a data-driven culture and improving analytical capabilities across the People & Enablement team
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and optimize complex organizational workflows for business impact
  • Partner with leadership to ensure alignment between organizational initiatives and business objectives
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and processes, using data-driven insights for continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in organizational development, people analytics, workforce planning, or a related field
  • Strong data analysis and visualization skills, with experience using spreadsheets (i.e. Excel, Google Sheets) and analytics tools
  • Experience in reporting, dashboard creation, and process execution to support People functions
  • Familiarity with QA testing, operational workflow management, and taxonomy updates

What will help you succeed:

  • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data automation
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
  • Experience with data visualization tools (i.e. Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to communicate insights effectively
  • Ability to build scalable frameworks, dashboards, and reporting tools to support decision-making
  • Strong process execution skills with attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Systems thinker who can understand, optimize, and scale complex organizational workflows
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and support analytical skill development within the People & Enablement team

Location Dependent Information

This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $68,000-$85,000. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s equity plan and the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
