Little more about the team:
We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager who will fully own our email channel and elevate how we engage, nurture, and convert users throughout their journey. You’ll be the channel expert — responsible for strategy, execution, experimentation, and measurement across HubSpot.
This role is ideal for someone who loves building lifecycle journeys, thrives in data, and wants to drive measurable revenue impact through thoughtful and high-performing email programs.
What you’ll do in the role:
- Build and optimize lifecycle programs across onboarding, activation, expansion, and retention.
- Own the email channel roadmap and continually identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion across key funnel stages.
- Translate audience insights, product behaviors, and lifecycle signals into targeted messaging and personalized journeys.
- Own end-to-end email execution in HubSpot, including segmentation, workflow automation, deliverability, QA, and scheduling.
- Develop, test, and optimize email templates, subject lines, content blocks, and CTAs.
- Lead A/B testing plans across copy, design, segmentation, and send logic.
- Implement data-driven improvements that drive measurable lifts in engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Maintain strong deliverability and channel health, including list management and compliance with email best practices.
- Build dashboards and reports to track performance
- Work closely with marketing ops and analytics to ensure data accuracy and behavioral triggers are reliable.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- 5+ years of experience in lifecycle or CRM marketing, with a strong emphasis on email strategy, automation, and performance optimization.
- Proven experience managing email programs across the customer lifecycle (onboarding, engagement, retention, upsell, and winback).
- Hands-on experience in HubSpot, or similar ESP/CRM platforms — including building workflows, segmentation, and testing.
- Strong understanding of email deliverability, list hygiene, preference management, and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL).
Base Salary based on level of experience
$15,000—$180,000 USD
