Role and Missions — What you will do 🚀

As the Head of HR, you will partner closely with our leadership team and employees to develop and lead human resources strategies that empower our people and drive business success. You will be instrumental in shaping our talent management frameworks, advancing change management initiatives, and fostering a culture of engagement, collaboration, and high performance. This role is ideal for a strategic HR leader who thrives in dynamic, international environments and is passionate about building impactful HR systems and teams.

You will be reporting directly to our Chief Executive Officer and will be in charge of:

• Design and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the organization’s business objectives to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
• Lead and evolve our talent management practices, including succession planning, leadership development, and career growth initiatives.
• Oversee performance management processes, equipping managers with tools and guidance to foster a high-performing organization.
• Drive change management efforts to support organizational transformation, ensuring smooth adaptation to new processes, tools, and structures.
• Enhance employee engagement and workplace culture, promoting collaboration, inclusion, and a sense of belonging.
• Develop and manage training programs that address current and future skill gaps, empowering employees to achieve their potential.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining robust HR policies and governance practices.
• Collaborate with Staff Representatives (CSE in France) to ensure effective communication and alignment with employee advocacy efforts.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing insights and solutions to complex people challenges.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to guide decision-making and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
