Role and Missions — What you will do 🚀

As a Senior Game Designer, you will be at the forefront of the creative process, responsible for designing and shaping gameplay experiences that resonate with millions of players.

You will:

• Create Best-in-Class Content: Develop game content that aligns with our design pillars to excite and engage players, as well as ensure that your designs are in line with our overarching vision and values.
• Project yourself in the design from the early stages to ensure a smooth production journey, from ideation to the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and product launch.
• Actively participate in the game's development process, influencing its evolution at every stage.
• Be in charge of Playtesting and Quality Assurance: You will playtest your own designs and those of your teammates to maintain high-quality and consistent gameplay. You will also continuously iterate and refine designs based on playtest feedback.
• Create comprehensive and robust documentation, including charts, mockups, references, and design loops, to share the game's information, vision, and pillars with cross-functional teams.
• Provide constructive feedback to other team members' designs, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient implementation and alignment with the project's goals.
• Take responsibility for game economy and progression, ensuring that content and monetization are balanced to maximize player enjoyment. You will also iterate content to maintain a balanced and engaging experience.
• Utilize data to inform and balance existing game content, as well as formulate hypotheses and strategic directions for future content based on data insights.
• Play, study and analyze released games, both mobile and beyond, to gather knowledge, information, and hypotheses on what is working or not in those products.

About you – Who you are 🦄

• You should have substantial experience in Game Design or Content Design roles, with a particular emphasis on mobile games. Experience in designing for other gaming platforms is a plus.
• Passion for Mobile Gaming: A strong enthusiasm for mobile gaming, game production, and design is essential.
• Design Expertise: You should have a solid grasp of design methodologies and stay updated on the latest trends in the mobile gaming industry. An understanding of mobile audiences, markets, and player motivations is crucial.
• Content Creation: Demonstrated ability to create high-quality content for a mass audience under strict deadlines. Your portfolio should showcase your ability to deliver outstanding content that resonates with our audiences.
• A strong self-driven work ethic is important. You should be motivated, organized, and capable of managing your tasks effectively while working within an agile team environment.
• Adaptability: As a dynamic and rapidly changing industry, mobile gaming requires professionals who can adapt to new challenges and opportunities. We are looking for a mover and shaker who thrives in such an environment.
