  • You have a proven track record of hiring, developing, and leading high-performing sales teams, ideally in a high-velocity inbound environment

  • You are highly organized and operationally strong, with the ability to manage pipeline, enforce process, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks

  • You lead by example with a bias for action, urgency, and continuous improvement

  • Demonstrated experience and success in leading sales teams and building in a high growth startup environment.

  • Previous experience in SaaS, technology or financial services, or B2B.

The Role: What You’ll Own 🔑

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of inbound sales representatives in a high-velocity environment, driving consistent attainment of pipeline, conversion, and GPV targets. Establish a culture of accountability, urgency, and continuous improvement.

  • Continuously refine inbound sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency, reduce friction, and ensure no leads are missed.

  • Ensure strong pipeline hygiene, consistent follow-up, and adherence to SLAs across all inbound channels. Monitor daily activity metrics to maintain a high-performance sales cadence.

  • Analyze funnel performance across all inbound channels (demos, calls, forms, etc.) and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, speed-to-lead, and deal progression.

  • Build systems and playbooks that allow the inbound sales motion to scale efficiently as volume grows, without sacrificing quality of engagement or customer experience.

  • Partner closely with Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Customer Success to align on lead quality, messaging, handoffs, and overall customer journey.
