THE POSITION

Are you a pro at keeping all the plates spinning and making it look easy? Do you love flexing your creative muscles, connecting with amazing people, and juggling projects like a boss? If yes, we want YOU to be our Marketing & Partnerships Specialist! This is your chance to dive into the world of multi-channel magic, epic event coordination, and cross-functional teamwork. You'll work closely with our Manager of Brand and Product Marketing (your new partner-in-crime) and our Head of Partnerships (the ultimate collaborator) to make all kinds of amazing things happen.

Here are the things you’ll own day to day:

  • Partnership Activation & Project Management
    • Organize the launch and activation of partnerships, ensuring timely execution of contract deliverables.
    • Coordinate with Partner Success Managers and partners to create and implement go-to-market strategies that are mutually beneficial.
    • Develop an activation calendar for partnership events and marketing initiatives.

  • Content Creation & Marketing
    • Learn and champion the Helcim brand in all partner content.
    • Support in obtaining key information for press releases, social media announcements, and blog content related to partnership launches.
    • Craft email marketing content, newsletters content, and sales enablement materials (proposals, one-pagers, pitch decks).
    • Develop onboarding materials to support partners in communicating the value of our services.
    • Practice written communication by frequent article contribution to the Helcim Blog

  • Event Coordination & Representation
    • Organize and represent the company at in-person events, webinars (hosted by us or partners), and other partnership-related activities.
    • Manage influencer marketing efforts, including content review, activation, and amplification.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with the design team to ensure alignment on marketing collateral and branding.
    • Collaborate with Marketing Operations to develop and update necessary webpages.
    • Work closely with Partner Sales and Partner Success to iterate on partnership launches and activation strategies.

  • Partnership Support & Content Management
    • Maintain and improve the partnership onboarding portal and affiliate management processes.
    • Create and update reusable materials to support the partnership sales cycle.
    • Write guest posts and partner blogs to amplify the company’s message.
    • Audit and provide feedback on Affiliate Partners content to ensure up to date and accurate.

A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE LOOKS LIKE:

  • 2-4 years experience in marketing, having created a variety of materials such as email campaigns, landing pages, and general collateral.
  • Confident in your ability to organize projects and follow up to ensure deliverables are met.
  • Thrives in collaborative environments, working seamlessly across departments to achieve shared goals.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and not afraid to take initiative or ask for clarification when needed.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs and have a valid driver license to support in-person events
  • Some travel may be required to different events
  • Agency experience is a bonus

KEY COMPETENCIES

  • Copywriting: Strong writing skills with experience in creating marketing collateral, blogs, emails, and press releases.
  • Project Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and follow up confidently to meet deadlines.
  • Design Awareness: Basic design knowledge to support marketing collateral creation.
  • Social Media Expertise: Experience crafting and managing social media content.
  • Client Relationship Management: Confident in working with partners and cross-functional teams to drive results.
  • Event Coordination: Comfortable organizing and representing the company at events, both in-person and virtual.

Flexible work location: Work and life happens at different times and places. This is why our team enjoys the flexibility of hybrid work and flexibility around hours of work, so we can all do our best work. Our hybrid work schedule offers flexibility to work from home on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Furthermore, our core hours give team members flexibility to manage other parts of their lives.

Training: Helcim will cover 50% of the applicable training costs of up to $500 per year.
