Who We Are
Healthcare needs a better rhythm: one that keeps care continuous and deeply human. Heidi is building an AI Care Partner that works alongside clinicians to make that possible.
We’re a team of doctors, engineers, designers, researchers, and creatives building tools that help clinicians stay focused on what matters most: their patients.
In just 18 months, Heidi has given back more than 18 million hours to healthcare professionals — supporting 73 million patient visits in 116 countries. Today, more than two million patient visits each week are powered by Heidi worldwide.
Backed by nearly $100 million in funding, we’re growing in the US, UK, Canada, and Europe, partnering with leading health systems including the NHS, Beth Israel Lahey Health, and Monash Health.
The Role
We’re looking for a full-time Junior–Midweight Videographer to join our brand team in Australia.
As a Junior–Midweight Videographer at Heidi, you’ll be responsible for capturing and crafting authentic, emotionally intelligent stories that showcase clinicians, patients, and healthcare teams, and the real impact of Heidi in practice.
This is a hands-on production role. You’ll lead smaller shoots independently, manage lighting and audio setups, and deliver high-quality edits. You’ll also contribute to refining our production and post workflows as we scale.
You’ll work closely with the brand and marketing team, and should feel confident operating both on set and in post.
What you’ll do
Lead small to mid-scale shoots across Australia,
Operate camera, lighting, and audio setup for interviews and documentary-style content,
Direct clinicians and contributors in a calm and professional manner,
Edit testimonial films, brand stories, and product content in Premiere Pro,
Basic Colour grade in DaVinci Resolve or adobe premiere,
Create light motion graphics and titles in After Effects,
Adapt content for multiple formats and markets,
Maintain organised project structures and post-production workflows,
Ensure technical and visual consistency across projects, and
Collaborate closely with designers and the rest of the brand team to ensure brand guidelines are applied.
What we’re looking for
2–5 years experience in videography and editing,
Strong technical fundamentals in camera, lighting, and audio,
Confidence running smaller shoots independently,
Proficiency in Premiere Pro, with working knowledge of After Effects and DaVinci Resolve,
Strong storytelling instincts and emotional intelligence,
Highly organised with a collaborative mindset, and
-
Ability to balance multiple projects while maintaining clear communication.
Nice to have
Experience filming in healthcare, tech, or corporate environments,
Motion graphics skills beyond basic titles,
Experience working across multiple markets, and
Comfort travelling for shoots across Australia, New Zealand and east Asia.
