The Role
The Marketing Operations Specialist will help keep Heidi’s GTM engine running smoothly day to day. You’ll support the execution, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our marketing systems, campaigns, and data ensuring teams can move fast with confidence.
This role is ideal for an organised, detail-oriented operator who enjoys working behind the scenes to enable others. You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Sales, RevOps and GTM teams to support campaign delivery, maintain system hygiene, and ensure reliable reporting and lead flow across the funnel.
Sitting within the RevOps function, this role focuses on execution, support, and optimisation making sure the foundations are strong, issues are resolved quickly, and processes are documented and repeatable.
What you’ll do
Campaign & Marketing Operations Support
Support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across CRM and automation platforms.
Build, update, and maintain TOFU and MOFU nurture workflows, ensuring accurate targeting, timing, and handoff to Sales.
Assist with event-driven campaigns, supporting lead capture, data enrichment, and follow-up automation.
Maintain campaign dashboards and standard reports, ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility into performance.Ensure campaign naming, tracking, and structure follow global standards.
Martech & Systems Support
Support the day-to-day administration of Heidi’s marketing technology stack (e.g. HubSpot, Segment, ads platforms).
Monitor data quality, lead routing, and system syncs, escalating and resolving issues as needed.
Assist with the configuration and maintenance of workflows, automations, and attribution tracking as well as troubleshooting issues and helping automate manual processes.
Help enforce lead SLAs and routing rules for marketing-generated leads.
Data, Insights & Optimisation
Support updates to lead scoring, segmentation, and nurture logic based on engagement and behavioural data.
Assist with testing and iteration of messaging, cadence, and automation to improve conversion rates.
Assist with post-campaign analysis and handoff reviews to Sales and RevOps.
Support campaign-to-opportunity attribution by ensuring correct associations and data hygiene.
Collaboration & Enablement
Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to ensure leads move smoothly through the funnel.
Document workflows, campaign processes, and reporting standards to ensure consistency and scalability.
Support onboarding, training, and ad-hoc troubleshooting for GTM teams using marketing and CRM tools.
Surface regional requirements, issues, and learnings, and support documentation of regional nuances and best practices.
What we’re looking for
1–3 years’ experience in marketing operations, growth operations, or a similar support-focused role in B2B or SaaS.
Working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo).
Experience supporting multi-channel campaigns, including email, paid, and event-driven programs.
A strong attention to detail and appreciation for clean data, documented processes, and reliable reporting.
Basic understanding of lead routing, attribution, and integrations across GTM systems.
A proactive problem-solver who enjoys helping teams work more efficiently.
Clear communicator who is comfortable documenting processes and supporting cross-functional stakeholders.
