Who We Are

Healthcare needs a better rhythm: one that keeps care continuous and deeply human. Heidi is building an AI Care Partner that works alongside clinicians to make that possible.

We’re a team of doctors, engineers, designers, researchers, and creatives building tools that help clinicians stay focused on what matters most: their patients.

In just 18 months, Heidi has given back more than 18 million hours to healthcare professionals — supporting 73 million patient visits in 116 countries. Today, more than two million patient visits each week are powered by Heidi worldwide.

Backed by nearly $100 million in funding, we’re growing in the US, UK, Canada, and Europe, partnering with leading health systems including the NHS, Beth Israel Lahey Health, and Monash Health.

What you’ll do

1. Build and Continuously Refine the US Value Proposition

  • Define who we’re for in the US, what pain we solve, and why we win

  • Translate complex healthcare, AI, and workflow realities into clear, buyer-led messaging

  • Pressure-test positioning in real conversations and refine it continuously

Make hard calls, update quickly, and keep moving — clarity over perfection

2. Competitive Intelligence & Market Reality (Core to the Role)

  • Develop a live, evolving understanding of the US competitive landscape, including: Incumbents and legacy platforms, point solutions and emerging players, internal builds and “do nothing” status quo

  • Ground competitive insight in daily exposure to the field: listening to sales calls, joining customer and prospect conversations, running frequent win/loss debriefs

  • Track how competitive narratives shift over time and respond quickly

  • Maintain living competitive assets that evolve as the market evolves: battlecards, objection-to-response frameworks, competitive positioning narratives,

  • Use competitive intelligence to continuously sharpen: Value proposition and messaging, sales talk tracks and enablement, Website and external storytelling, Category framing in the US market

3. Deal-Critical Enablement (Built, Tested, Improved)

  • Build enablement that helps teams win deals now: Pitch decks and talk tracks, objection handling and competitive framing, one-pagers and product collateral

  • Put assets in the field quickly, gather feedback, and improve them

  • Ensure sales can confidently tell the story without you in the room

4. Own and Iterate on US Storytelling

  • Lead US-specific website and product page copy

  • Shape and refine customer stories or lighthouse narratives

  • Keep pitch, site, and field conversations aligned as the story evolves

  • Balance ambition with credibility in a regulated, high-trust market

5. Be the Voice of the US Market Internally

  • Bring frequent, actionable insight on buyers, competitors, and objections to leadership

  • Feed market and competitive learning directly into Product, Sales, and Marketing

Help the company develop a sharper instinct for the US market over time

What "Good" Looks Like

  • Every week, our messaging is clearer and more confident

  • Sales conversations get sharper as competitive understanding deepens

  • Enablement improves through use, not theory

  • The website and collateral evolve as we learn, not in big, infrequent rewrites

  • The organization feels increasingly aligned on how we compete in the US

What we're looking for

  • Senior product marketer with real US healthcare experience

  • Has personally built positioning, messaging, and competitive enablement

  • Comfortable being close to deals, objections, and uncomfortable truths

  • Exceptional writer with strong narrative instincts

  • Fast, decisive, and energized by continuous iteration

  • Based in New York to work with our in-office team face-to-face
