The Role
As the Chief Medical Officer for the US, you will be the principal clinical voice and strategic leader for Heidi in one of the world's most dynamic healthcare markets. Working closely with the US commercial team, you will blend your medical credibility with sharp commercial acumen to drive Heidi's growth and impact.
You’ll represent Heidi at leading industry events, shape our product and market strategy, and ensure our solutions deliver unparalleled clinical value and meet the evolving needs of US health systems. You’ll also serve as a public clinical face of the company, building visibility through thought leadership, panels, content, and video presence.
What you’ll do:
Serve as Heidi's primary clinical ambassador, actively driving sales and partnerships in the US healthcare market.
Directly lead and participate in key enterprise sales cycles, using your clinical expertise to influence buying decisions.
Use your strong network to open doors, generate leads, and secure strategic partnerships that drive revenue.
Represent Heidi at industry events, panels, and conferences, actively engaging with potential clients to expand our sales pipeline.
Be a public facing voice for Heidi through written content, videos, and speaking engagements.
Shape commercial and product strategy with your deep understanding of clinical workflows and systems.
Work with internal teams to clearly show Heidi's clinical value in all sales and marketing efforts.
Be a trusted customer voice, influencing how we build and deliver product value.
What we will look for:
MD, DO, or equivalent clinical background, ideally with leadership experience in a major US health system
A strong network across US health systems, especially with C-suite executives.
Commercial mindset with a track record of building relationships and driving growth
Deep understanding of the US healthcare system, including payment models, regulations, and how large health systems buy new solutions.
Ability to explain complex medical and technical solutions as clear business benefits, especially in sales discussions
Exceptional public speaking, presentation, and written communication skills, with the executive presence to engage and inspire confidence in diverse audiences
Demonstrated ability to lead, influence and close deals in a fast paced, high growth environment as a recognised thought leader.
