Therefore we’re hiring a part-time GTM & Operations Intern to support the growth of Heidi in North America. You’ll make sure our team shows up seamlessly at industry events, while also driving go-to-market projects and supporting customer operations. This role is perfect for someone sharp, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn the inner workings of a GTM and customer success team in a fast moving environment.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands on experience across go-to-market, customer operations, and event execution while supporting the growth of fast-moving healthcare AI company.
What you’ll do
Assist with onboarding processes, ensuring new clinicians have a smooth start with Heidi.
Support project implementation and operations across North America, helping GTM initiatives land successfully.
Prepare GTM materials (desks, collateral, case study summaries) that help our sales and marketing teams stand out.
Conduct targeted research to support partnerships, sales opportunities, and marketing campaigns.
Coordinate end-to-end logistics - registrations, vendor forms, booth services, shipping, swag, hotels, and travel.
Own timelines and budgets so our teams can focus on connecting with customers and partners.
Ensure smooth wrap-up after each event with lead uploads, expense reconciliation, and organized handoffs to sales and marketing.
What we look for
Highly organized, detail oriented, and deadline driven individuals
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Notion, HubSpot, and Excel, a plus
Strong communications skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Comfortable managing multiple projects with shifting priorities
Previous experience in event coordination, operations, or marketing support, a plus
Other things to know
This is a part-time position (15-20 hour per week)
Remote, US
Experience in healthcare is great, but not required.
