The Role

Working closely with our Engineering Manager - Agents and Automations, you’ll be a Senior/Intermediate AI Engineer who builds production-ready, LLM-powered automations that eliminate clinician admin and scale across millions of patient interactions.

What you’ll do:

• Build & ship LLM-powered agents that automate clinical conversations (outbound, inbound, and follow-up).

• Enable AI Agents to securely interface with EHRs and other health systems to augment their capabilities and context

• Keep them fast, safe and cheap – optimise latency, observability, security and cost from prototype to GA.

• Own quality – author tests, alerts and on-call runbooks so clinicians can trust every interaction.

• Pair with product & design to get features from idea to production in weeks, not quarters.

What we will look for:

• You’ve delivered an AI/ML or LLM product to real users.

• You write clean, reliable software (Python or TypeScript) and know your way around cloud infra (GCP or AWS).

• You understand the theory and practice behind prompt engineering, vector search or machine learning

• Bonus: PhD or Masters in an AI related field
